Why Just .stl Files?
Different printers have different settings and ideal print orientations. That is why only the .stl files are provided. The orientation, supports, and slice file creation is up to the end user to determine based on what is best for their machine.

Digital File User Agreement
By purchasing digital files you agree that they are for personal use only, and that the files are not to be shared or used for any sort of commercial purposes.

Returns
Returns are accepted for physical products that are damaged in transport or are otherwise defective. A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

No returns or refunds on digital products.

Domestic Shipping, United States
Flat rate shipping based on the value of the items being shipped is used (so digital items are not added to the total).
Under $100, $8.00 Shipping
Over $100, $15.00 Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail.
Order processing takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping
International Shipping is provided for the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

Cost for international shipping is calculated based on location.

All international orders are shipped using USPS.
